District Governor Gary Fedorcha made an official visit to the Rotary Club of Norristown on August 21st. He observed the operations of the Board meeting and addressed the general membership meeting. He spoke about the District Governor's goals this year. And he elaborated on how, locally Rotary has embraced the satellite club concept and its implementation. He lit the candle to signify our theme this year to "Light Up Rotary Through Education" and passed the light on to President Paul Catrambone to keep alive.
