FEEL THE WARMTH
JANET SHEPPS Executive Director of Feel The Warmth spoke to the club about this 7 year old organization ,that is dedicated to supplying winter coats, school supplies, and toys to children in need in Montgomery and Chester counties.They receive funding from businesses, churches, community organizations, and have several fundraising events throughout the year such as their annual book drive, coat drive, and the annual holiday toy drive. They helped over 4500 kids last year alone. Upcoming events include: NOV. 8 The Sunday Tailgate 5k/1k run/ walk in Padden Park, Annual Winter Coat Drive- Nov. 10 - Jan. 16, Holiday Toy Drive- Nov.17- Dec. 5
