The ROTARY CLUB OF NORRISTOWN received special recognition from The Rotary District for its efforts in the area of youth services.
We have been involved in many activities over the years, and noted them to the District. A list of community activities and programs is listed below.
- $10K in college scholarships
- Spanish / English dictionary distribution to all NASD elementary schools
- Student achievement awards
- Advocates for Hunger distribution to needy families
- Turkeys to needy families
- Youth education involvement via the butterfly garden project
- The Eisenhower grant
These are some of the areas to which we lend our talents and funding, and hope to carry on this rich tradition in the future.
