Last Thursday, the club was treated to the first - hand experiences of FRED HAGGLUIND as he started his working career as a bus driver.
Fred related his harrowing trip across the country to Buffalo and the first few days in the area transit system, explaining how he felt with difficult events ranging from complaints about the bus temperature, noisy passengers, general crowd control, to a passenger who threatened his life. Fred left us with some dos and don'ts on how to make life easier for transport drivers.
thanks, Fred.
