We just learned this weekend that an agreement has been reached between our landlord 'ARA US Hospitality Trust and GHM Properties in New Jersey Operating under the Choice Hotels International, Wyndham Worldwide umbrella to sell our meeting place, the Hyatt House Hotel. Details of the timing and transition and impact on the Club are not available at this time.
We will be in touch with the Hotel and the new owners regarding future plans for the hotel's tenants.
