PEOPLE of ACTION - Each year Rotary works with Pedals for Progress® as we ship donated bikes & sewing machines to developing nations in Africa, South America, Asia and Europe. These bikes become family transportation where there are no automobiles. This new mobility means possible remote jobs and distant education 6-10 miles from home. And it keeps discarded bicycles out of our landfills.
