BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Club Board met on May 18th. There were not enough board members to reach a quorum so the Board could not transact any business.
Committee reports were recorded regardless.
TREASURY: No Report
STEMYEA: The club is at risk of losing our two seats at the STEMYEA camp in July. The school has been solicited for attendees but we have received no response. And time is running out as well as the school year.
CAMP NEIDIG: We reached out to the four parents involved and expect to hear back shortly.
SCHOLARSHIPS: We have selected 4 scholarship winners and the school has been notified. Denise will make a presentation a the schools award ceremony in June.
MEMBERSHIP: We have moved our membership inquiry from Google Forms. All inquiries funnel through the ClubRunner 'Membership Success' system which provides candidate tracking and notification facilities.
CHANGEOVER PICNIC: The pavilion is reserved, the committee needs to select a caterer and move quickly to meet the June 15th date.
BUTTERFLY GARDEN
We have been experiencing some vandalism issues. Someone removed bricks from the stack and threw them in the creek. This weekend, someone tipped over the massive plaque boulder on its back. It's too heavy, and help is needed to right it.
