The board elected to erect 3 more community  'Little Sharing Libraries' in the community.
President Alan volunteered to construct the structures.  There will be three, one in East Norriton, West Norriton and Norristown.
Construction began back in March with the initial wooden pieces for each unit.  Naturally there are a lot of detailed processes to build even one. Once you have a floor, roof and sides, doors must be constructed with a frame, hinges and glass panels. Alan has spent considerable time building these things. Last weekend club members met at Alan's house to primer and paint the units.
 
Seven Rotarians attended for the painting party and completed the painting of each unit. Final assembly will follow and the club can proceed to install and dedicate the libraries.  Below are some photos along the way:
